H\u00e9ctor Valle has worked in the healthcare sector since 1993. He began his career at Ciba Geigy in the pharmaceutical division and later at Ciba Vision, holding various positions in Sales, Marketing, and New Business, as well as serving as Business Unit Director and General Manager for Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.<\/p>\r\n
He later joined Novartis Pharma as Regional Director for Central America, the Caribbean, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, and Chile, based in Buenos Aires. He then moved to Valeant, where he served as General Manager for Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, and Venezuela.<\/p>\r\n
H\u00e9ctor was also General Manager of IMS Health, now IQVIA \u2014 a leading pharmaceutical market research and consulting firm \u2014 overseeing operations in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Venezuela, and Colombia.<\/p>\r\n
He is a Founding Partner of InnovaSalud, an investment and consulting firm specialized in healthcare. He also teaches the Pharmaceutical Management Diploma Program at Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus.<\/p>\r\n
H\u00e9ctor has served on the boards of the National Chamber of the Pharmaceutical Industry (CANIFARMA), the Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Research Laboratories (AMIIF), the Mexican Association of Market and Public Opinion Research Agencies (AMAI), and Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus. He currently serves as Executive President of FunSalud (the Mexican Health Foundation) and Chair of the Health Information Technology Promotion Council at FunSalud.<\/p>\r\n
